This is the 2nd in a series of old wooden salvaged doors I was inspired to paint. Perhaps the Fall season and pumpkin patches inspired me . This vertical composition captures a cluster of sunflowers- tall, weathered, and full of character. Their drooping petals and sun washed stems reflect the quiet dignity of things that grow, weather, and continue to stand. It's a tribute to endurance,change,and late- season beauty.
